Best Steak in Philly – To me, eating out is about having fun. We went tonight AFTER reading others lame notes because we're staying at the Four Seasons AND THEY RECOMMENDED 31! They were right! We had a great time. "M.G." was at the door & greeted us warmly along with a lovely lady. We were seated immediately. Michael was our waiter. He went through the wine choices, answered our questions about the steaks & appetizers. Drinks were brought to us immediately & they were amazing (the Mango Jerry, 31 Cocktail & the Smoking Manh... read more

loved it – The decor was refreshing and inviting. My porterhouse was perfectly cooked along with my corn casserole that was amazing. I was dining alone and the server Jeff made me feel at home. Thank You!

Not sure i'll return – I should preface this by saying i visited the restaurant during restaurant week, so that may have an impact on my experience, but I?ve gone to other restaurants during restaurant week and never had an experience as bad as this one? We arrived early and enjoyed a glass of wine in the bar area. It was nice space, although overly crowded, and the wine was great. We were seated close to our reservation time at an upstairs table, overlooking the bar and we were pleased?it went downhill from there. We reques... read more

Poor Table Management and Customer Service – I had reservations for four on Saturday night, 9/20. We did arrive a little early so the manager, "M.G.," said our table was not ready yet we would be seated in another 15 - 20 minutes "because people were having dessert." We took a look at the video wall in the lobby, came back in 15 minutes, and was told again that it would be another 15 - 20 minutes because they were having trouble clearing tables. We decided to wait near the bar since it was very crowded. What we saw was prett... read more

Terrible service, never again – First we waited 45 minutes beyond our reservation time. We waited near the bar where it took 20 minutes for server to ask us if we wanted drinks. Then we watched as 2 couples who arrived later than us were seated first. Finally we were escorted to our table which was a small table for 2 in the middle of the room. The table next to ours was literally 4 inches away. Plus when we arrived to the table there was only 1 chair, we had to stand there while they went to get another chair. The place was... read more

Best Steakhouse in Philly – I have eaten at all of the steakhouse in Philly........ Capital Grill, Barkley Prime, The Prime Rib. All very good but not excellent. Table 31 was excellent! The place is new so I can understand that there may have been some mis- steps in the beginning but not the night I dined with 6 other friends The other steakhouses serve a good grade of choice but you can taste the Prime difference at Table 31. Fabulous addition to the Philadelphia restaurant seen.

Worst experience and service in any restaurant ever – Made reservations a month in advance. Arrived on time and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Table was next to the busboy service cart. They were banging into the table every 30 seconds. Asked to be reseated and was told would have to wait 40 minutes for another table although several were empty. When I pointed that out, manager said they were for people with reservations. I said I had a reservation and it wasn't for a table being banged into constantly by the staff. He... read more

Disappointing experience for the cost. Our bill was about $600 for 4 people. The decor is amazing but that is all I can say that was worth it for this place. We noticed besides the booths the tables are in such close proximity - you can hear everyone's conversations. Its a steakhouse and they didn't get a single temp right!!! They messed up the sides and service was just ok. I would expected better for the price. Overpriced - will wear out

Great Spot – Brought my girlfriend to Table 31. We had a wonderful meal and service was pleasant and fun. This is my second time there and the restaurant is only open a few weeks.. My steak was cooked perfect, my girlfriend who does not eat meat had a wonderful halibut. There are lots more non meat items to choose from. My wine was perfect and priced well. My server Jeff was nice, helpful and seemed to enjoy himself at the table. I will be back!
