And the name is idiotic as well – Just returned from a first time dinner at Table 31, which was also a last time dinner at Table 31. At the bar before sitting down in the nearly empty restaurant, the bartender assured us that the service would be stellar in view of the sparse turnout. He couldn't have been more wrong. The waiter and kitchen ignored instructions, resulting in a meal which was simultaneously overpriced and inedible. The waiter acknowledged the mistake, but didn't offer to make it right. The place is a fraud. I... read more

Excellent food – Ambiance is intimate, service was warm and food is excellent. Italian cuisine with a French twist - very unique!

Poor service – I knew we were in trouble when we couldn't find something on the menu that sounded good. Very expensive for lunch ($19 pizza). Service was slow and unfriendly. One person in our party waited 10 minutes for her basic pizza after we were served. Not worth the wait or the money - way too many other options elsewhere. Would not recommend. This was a business lunch.

big let down. loud. – My boss and friends wanted to try it out. It looked nice when walking by, but trust me when I say it was not worth it.

Sad Downturn over the past year and half – It seems like the chef changed quality for quantity over the years. Prices have gone way up, service has gone down, and profit is the end game at this place. I know the chef of this place once created some quality restaurants in Philly (Mia), but this one is a real miss. Folks talk about the wine, but I've certainly been to better choices in the Center City area considering the price paid.

Slamming Wine List – Having spent the last 15 years in NYC in the wine biz, I really appreciate the list that Frank the Sommelier has assembled. It's apparent considerable attention was paid to offer great wines at all price points. It's hard to find someone with knowledge

Citysearch Editorial Review – The Comcast Center’s glittering culinary anchor is helmed by world-renowned chef Georges Perrier and his protégé, Chris Scarduzio, who plates his Italian cooking education with updated dishes from his ancestral homeland. In their first manifestation of this circa 2008 tri-level epicurean powerhouse, the power duo behind Le Bec-Fin catered to The Comcast Center’s target clientele--the power-hungry who don power suits to wear to their power-broker jobs--with what else but a power-lunch steakhouse.... read more

Prime Spot – What a wonderful restaurant in a new location under the Comcast building. In town for the holidays and we decided to give it a try. The pasta (cavatelli) was probably the best homemade pasta I ever had. My wife and I split the 24oz. porterhouse medium rare perfectly cooked and a side of garlic broccoli rabe (not bitter) and truffled mashed potatoes. Server was very helpful and pleasant and the wine list had great Italian selections.
