I would advise no one to move into these flats (RG71PG riseley business Park) I have been here for 5 years the landlord is awful and so is everyone that works for him tab management took over as management last year they where unaware of any issues until tenants told them what’s been happening here the previous management haven’t fix or done anything they should have been told by the management before or even the landlord himself very dodgy people! Worst Company Ever they are so unprofessional you cannot get in contact with no one unless they want to contact you. No problems get sorted they promised to get my door window that was smashed before I moved in. They still haven’t had it fixed and this has been going on since 26th September 2022.They have a rat infestation and haven’t dealt with this since I’ve been there. (MY DAUGHTER LIVES HERE) Worst landlord he doesn’t have a clue what his doing and the management are even worst very unprofessional the properties are all damp and full of mould there are sliver fish crawling in the flats and constant leaks it takes them weeks to get anything done there is a rat infestation in the bin shed & outdoor areas which has been reported multiple times they are currently under social housing and moving in private tenants and putting the rent up I would advise no one to move here it isn’t suitable for... read more
