Would not recommend, constantly having to chase him up, car was left for so long we ended up having to buy a new battery for it. He was meant to be coming back out to put the steering wheel back on straight 3/4 weeks ago and still waiting… Told us he would be out either the Friday or Monday (about 3/4 weeks ago) never turned up!

You can't beat Tom's prices, unfortunately what you save in money DOESN'T make up for the lack of communication and unreliability! The first time I used him he was late but things happen, today he was meant to be taking my car for repair at 9am, it's currently 11:23 and still no sign of him! I've sent a text and left a voice mail but unfortunately he doesn't have the courtesy to reply. I appreciate that things change and happen but it takes mere seconds to text a customer to let them know what is happening. Everybody's time ... read more
Had Tom do my Cam belt and water pump + full service. Excellent work and he flushed my coolant system for me. Offered advice over messages in the past too regarding other issues. Good experience and knowledge, keep it up mate!
