Responded first thing in the morning to my 5am emergency call and arranged for a prompt visit whilst trying to resolve the issue via text. Issue resolved promptly on attendance.
Absolutely fantastic. Fuse board tripped on a Sunday night and would not come back on. Rather than charge me for a call out and hourly ( which I'm sure a lot of people would have) I was walked through some steps to identify and potentially solve the problem myself , which identified a faulty ( and now binned) appliance. Can not recommend highly enough !!
These guys were unbelievably helpful when I was in a bind. Really went out of their way to help me out with an emergency EICR with a tight deadline, were really responsive throughout and made a stressful situation much easier.
