My mum was here with a physical disability and resided in the APD unit. Mum told me on several occasions some of the staff were passive aggressive, belittling and made mum feel so worthless. They'd do little things like throw her dinner away when she wanted it, pour way too much salt on, bring it stone cold and refuse to warm it etc.. my mum was never nasty so I just don't know why they were like that she's literally the sweetest woman, mum had no one on her side up there as they were all one team. I've worked here for 10 years and I can proudly say this, The home is outstanding, the management are amazing and the care staff/nurses/na are so dedicated in caring for all their residents and giving them the respect and dignity they so deserve. I am proud to work with such a amazing team and company x.
