Arrived at 4:50 shops wide open go to the trade counter wait for 10-15 mins to be served musics loud can hear someone behind the counter shout to see if anyones there someone comes out at 5 and says they’re closed and didn’t serve me. Waste of time and really bad customer service.
The in-store service was good. The problem is the owner and her total disregard for consumer rights. I recently purchased bathroom items from T Patton. I purchased the items over the phone as due to covid you cannot visit their store/ showroom. I called to cancel the items. T Patton said it would cost me a 30% ‘restocking fee’ to return them.
