Can't recommend highly enough, we had an overflow issue into toilet and after looking at myself and causing a leak, Tim came out that day and fixed the issue. The leak would of caused damage so very pleased with the work, all done for a very reasonable price and efficiently done, even with it cutting into his private commitments. Thanks Tim
