A very poor mental health service. I was supposed to have an appointment in January 2025, it's now July and still no appointment been given. The waiting room is depressing, awful art work.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This institution is an absolute disgrace - without getting into too much detail, I reported my “psychiatrist” after he made some extremely inappropriate comments towards me and my mental health… roll on nearly a year of waiting on another list to see someone else, I received an appointment for the very same “psychiatrist”. Been so helpful and supported me after a comprehensive assessment where I was listened to and understood well. 5 stars.
When I was first referred, I had to call dozens of times just to hear someone - and I was told on my referral letter that if I couldn't get ahold of them, they would cancel my referral and I would lose access to my medication. Eventually had to call my main GP just to get a callback, which I only got when I requested a different clinic or service. I’ve been there three times and staff have been so unhelpful of my situation. Palmed off a lot of things which other doctors haven’t as if they couldn’t wait to get rid of me. Reception is absolutely shocking as well it’s like they don’t want to do their job. Unfortunately this is the place Im directed to each time. Disappointing really.
