I was involved in an accident where I used the BMW Sytnerdrive service. This was handled by Carl from the body shop and his amazing team. He arranged collection of the vehicle to the dealership, had me liaise with Sytnerdrive (10 minute conversation), and allocated me a loan car within a day! I was back on my way for the next 2 weeks. Got to say that - in the past - I've not found BMW dealership to be particularly friendly or focused on great customer service...but everyone at Sytner High Wycombe has been fantastic. Quick to acknowledge, fast to call back, very friendly and fun to talk with, offering good advice. I had some bodywork fixed on my M2 and the whole process was just so well managed. Great work done by the bodyshop to fix damage from a collision. Karl was an excellent help and got me setup with sytner drive, awesome service I didnt have to do any chasing, got a nice courtesy car whilst mine was being fixed and my car was fixed very well in less time than originally expected, all whilst the insurance from the at fault party was charged for it.
One of the best kept secrets is Sytner High Wycombe have an amazing in house Bodyshop that not only looks after their own BMW and MINI brands but also will look after all makes with their talented Asa McMillan being the Bodyshop Manager. I recently utilised them with my Aston Martin for some remedial works and they result was a flawless undetectable finish. I would have no hesitation recommending any vehicle to Asa and his team, great job 👍
