Dear sir or madam, Or or about September 20, 2021 I called and spoke with your Topsfield, MA office and informed them I was moving on November 1, 2021 and requested the cancelation of the account and that no further deliveries be made. It appears that in early January of 2022, you made a delivery to ** ******Rd Stoneham, MA 02180 and are now invoicing me for the delivery, a total charge of $367.44. It is apparent now that your agent did not cancel my account. I have called 4 times to resolve this issue and nothing has happen... read more

Worst company I've ever experienced! Our service was great from our previous company until they were bought out by Amerigas. Most of our home is propane heat and we are located in the Northwest where the winters can be long and cold. Needless to say, we nearly ran out of propane in the winter of 2020. We contacted the company for a refill when our 500 gallon tank was at 25%. They stated that we should contact them around 40% so there is plenty of time to make delivery. Ok. The company used to be decent, now the 5oo gal propane tank has been sitting on my property since last September. Our builders asked for the removal but it is still here! I have been calling the Amerigas - nothing is happening. Please avoid this company at all costs!
