Amerigas is a horrible company. I contacted them on Monday for a propane delivery to my house and agreed to pay $300.00 since I have elderly parents living with me. They told me they would be out that Monday. I get home Monday and have no propane. Call again on Tuesday and they state they will be out on Tuesday. Get home and still no propane. TERRIBLE customer service. I have been trying to get my propane delivered for 2 WEEKS. Every day passes and we still have ZERO propane. My house is 48 degrees and I have 2 YOUNG children. They say it's not an "emergency" so they cannot expedite my propane and give me a day of when they will be there but NEVER show up. I am FED up. I have already paid for my propane and do not have it. I will be contacting my bank for fraud if they do not deliver my propane TODAY.

I have not been able to talk to anyone in the local office for several months. I understand that the COVID-19 hysteria is causing some difficulties but 2 months is a bit much. Currently I've been on hold listening to bad music for 1 hr and 23 minutes.

Terrible, unreliable service. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my tank to be refilled. We seem to go through this every winter with Amerigas

I have an 'automatic refill' account with Amerigas. The last time they delivered propane to my tank was in April, 2020. On Saturday, December 7, 2020 My tank was empty. I noticed it when I was starting dinner, but my stove would not light. I could smell a perfume like odor. I called customer service but the office was closed. I used the online website, and tried the customer chat, but it just came back "this page not available". I spent a cold weekend, no stove, no hot water, no heat. Is this company still in business? Any number I call gets a voice-mail. Customer service is non existent. If I could give them less than one star I would. Do yourself a favor, dont do business with them.

This is the absolute worst company I’ve had to deal with in my entire life. I have been trying to get my money back from them since February of 2020. I keep getting the runaround and saying that they are working on it as fast as they can yet nothing has been done. I have been on the phone about five times trying to get this resolved after hours on the phone and here I am still out of pocket. Apparently there are many unhappy Amerigas customers, and now we're joining the chorus. We've had an account with Amerigas for over 5 years and have been completely unable to reach anyone at the Colchester (CT) Amerigas hub by phone or by using their online contact system. I have contacted Better Business Bureau just now for help. They shared with me Amerigas' King of Prussia, PA corporate headquarters phone number.
