I was in the area for a few days and noticed an issue with my mountain bike. The staff (and customers) were super friendly and extremely helpful, managing to fit me in when clearly busy. Not only did they fix my issue but they sorted a couple of other wee things and noticed a dangerous issue with one of my tyres that I hadn't seen. At no time did the staff put any pressure on me, were clearly very knowledgeable and I was kept up to date throughout. These guys have outstanding knowledge on bikes. The team offer a bespoke service that you will be hard pushed to find elsewhere. Attentive and patient, they go above and beyond to find you the right solution that meets your cycling needs. They don't oversell they just love what they do and getting the customer the right fit. 🚴

Terrific shop, terrific service from terrific guys who are passionate and have encyclopaedic knowledge of bikes and cycling. Few shops would allow customers to take their bikes out for a test ride, but not only did Donny practically insist on it - but he allowed me to test ride another bike, just in case I preferred it. They'll do what it takes to make sure you leave with the bike that suits you, tailored to your needs and fitting you like a glove. Excellent experience from start to finish, thanks guys!
