Can I vote 6 stars? Seriously, my friends and I rented road bikes for a week of cycling in Scotland and we couldn't have been more pleased. Over many years, I've rented bikes from shops all over the world and I now consider Synergy one of my favorites. The service could not have been more friendly. Always super friendly and go the extra mile to help me out when I turn up with bits of broken bike or needing maintenance bits and bobs.
Very helpful with sourcing a few parts that really they don’t make a huge amount of money out of but very pleasant to deal with nonetheless. Also got in touch with me about a recall without me needing to contact them. Fantastic service.
Stopped to buy a bike lock only to find my newly acquired, secondhand bike had been sold to its first owner by this shop. Had a great chat and wonderful coffee while the guys gave my bike a wee check over and found me a sturdy well fitting helmet. Just the best bike shop ever, with the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be looking for reasons to stop by again.
