Don’t be fooled by the smiles and nice demeanor, They’re only purpose is to benefit the company not the tenants. My grandmother’s apartment had a busted pipe in the wall which produced mold. On several occasions their maintenance guy said there was no leak and no mold. We had professionals come out to dispute their claim( which they did ) but still they refused to acknowledge there was a leak.
