RecommendedEquinox Houston is a very nice place. The amenities, especially the pool is very nice. The management staff is super nice and very helpful. A bit cheery too I might add. 😁 I like the fact that it’s conveniently located to 59 and a bunch of good eateries. Despite the traffic and racing drivers along OST, not much they can do about that this is a great place to live. Oh and did I mention it’s pet friendly. But please whatever you do pick up after your furry friends. 😎
RecommendedI wasn’t to crazy about living in Houston but the Staff here was so warm and inviting they made me feel like I was at Home among friends. Everything is so close, easy to get to shopping and dinning. The Apartments and the surrounding areas are very nice quiet and clean. So far all the tenants I’ve ran into are very friendly and have nothing but nice things to say about the Alexan. The Staff has made this process an easy one I would recommend The Alexan to anyone I know. Love this place 🥰
RecommendedI started the excruciating processing of looking for apartments when downsizing my living space. The Alexan City Centre was the first place I looked and I knew this would be my future home. I love the atmosphere, the friendly and professional staff and the location. Unlike many communities, the staff still remembers you and is sure to greet you whenever they see you. Great job Alexan City Centre staff!!!

All they want is your money. They will charge you for anything and everything they can when you move out. We left out unit in great condition and they are trying to charge us $2000. We are getting a lawyer involved. It is a newer community so it looks nice but there are many security issues. It seemed like we got a notification about car break ins in the parking garage at lease once a month. I would not recommend this community to anyone.
