RecommendedI love living here. The neighborhood is so peaceful, clean, and close to everything. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly. They keep us informed with emails and maintenance is super responsive. I feel so safe and happy to be a resident.

Just moved here three days ago and already I’m regretting my decision to move here. I do not recommend Equinox Houston to anyone. First of all, you can’t have your own separate internet. No Xfinity or AT&T. Which is fine whatever, however I expect the internet and customer service to be impecable. Gigamonster is their internet service provider. A day before we moved in we called to set up our internet. They never showed up or even gave us a call to let us know they were on their way. They lied and said we never answered the ... read more

The complex garage is very unsafe and car break ins and theft occur often. I thought it would be safer once the cameras were installed, however, my vehicle was stolen recently from the garage. Not to mention the key fobs barely work and its a struggle to even open the door to the garage (funny because thieves seem to be able to) and the doors to get into the building are always broken.
RecommendedI would recommend Alexan but I am still having a problem here with the upstairs neighbors. I have left a message Saturday with no one returning my class. I have personally left a letter for the tenant above to let whomever know that someone is under them. I have left another call to the courtesy officer, but nothing as of yet. I am considering breaking my lease due to the constant inconvenience of noise above me and nothing is being done about the situation! I shouldn't have to continue to call the police and outside sources... read more

RecommendedI have been living there for a very short period of time but I have realized that the staff is super servicial, they will always help with everything I need and the space and installayions are really New and neat
In 5 months of living here, I had to fight Direcpath for the first 2-3 months to get the internet and cable established, there have been pest control issues, and for the past 3 weeks there have been almost daily problems with the fire alarm system across the entire complex. Although it looks nice on the outside, this has been one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve lived in. Looking forward to moving out next year when the lease runs out, if I can make it until then.
