Explained the services they offer weren't quite right, but spent a good 10 minutes talking me through what my issues are likely to be and pointed me in the direction of some possible solutions. Really impressed, says a lot about a business I think that they would even ring back knowing they weren't going to make a 'sale' and still give advice. Thanks!
I have had very bad condensation problems in the bedrooms for some time to the extent that drips were running down the walls. I have black mould in all the corners and every morning I have to get the towel and wipe down the windows. I was getting condensation in my flat which was causing mold to grow in each room. I’ve had the PIV ventilation fitted and so far so good! No condensation on the windows and the mold hasn’t came back as of yet. I would highly recommend this company, the team were all very friendly and responsive to my calls and fitted the unit quickly. Thank you for your help I’ll be recommending you to friends and family.
