Excellent service from Sykes Stairlifts. Firstly Nicola visited promptly to assess the situation and take measurements,we also had a lovely chat.Absolutely no pressure to buy or make a decision there and then.We eventually chose a reconditioned stairlift ,priced competitively and fitted the following week by a brilliant lad who fitted it within two hours leaving little mess.Very happy with Sykes

Superb service: my stairlift stopped working so I rang at 9am and an engineer had arrived and fixed it by lunchtime. Excellent prices too.

I'm so glad we used Sykes for our stairlift. We needed one suddenly and the measuring up and the fitting happened amazingly quickly after my initial call. The members of the Sykes team, who came to the house, clearly have a lot of knowledge and experience, and I was very pleased to be able to buy a reconditioned stairlift - both to save on cost but also to be kinder to the planet.

Would highly recommend this company. My lift needed a repair and although they had to source the part the repair was completed in a couple of days. Excellent service and reasonable cost.

I rang Sykes after receiving a quote from the company who installed the stair lift. Sykes quoted less than a quarter of what the other company did. The Sykes engineer came the following Monday and fully serviced our stair lift. I was very happy with the work done and will certainly call them again next year.
