Very rude receptionist. But the respiratory nurse I saw was very good and friendly. Outside the building, there was lots of shouting and swearing as if a fight was about to break out.
I saw Dr Jomo Salubi-Udu today with my elderly parents and can honestly say it is the first time in many years that not only were we seen, heard and treated with compassion and respect but we also was able to address many things which was left unspoken by other doctors there. The NHS / Sydenham Green Practice like many are under alot of pressure and many staff members there are very rude and unhelpful but this Doctor was AMAZING. When you come to surgery with child who is 4 days with 40+ fewer can't even barely walk and the doctor using GOOGLE to see what can it be without even checking the child,and finally deciding that they can't do nothing, and is better to go to Hospital what else can I say? What's the point of GP at all? Just don't waiste the time and go straight to Hospital. They check you, do blood test and prescribed medication if needed. Filled out the online triage form and was told I was eligible for an appointment. Heard no more for another 4 days then was given a phone appointment for 2 weeks time. Just as well my condition isn't urgent!
