There was a young blonde woman at the reception desk when we arrived. She was on her cell phone, looked up at me, them left the room without a word to finish her conversation. Almost like I was an annoyance. When she came back she proceeded to check us in. No apology for turning her back and walking away. The rest of the staff was fantastic. Restaurant was fabulous. Horrible! Reserved a room for my parents 34th anniversary room had no hot water and no heat! They brought them a space heater! Horrible! Also found a spider in the pillow!
My husband and I celebrated our 35th Anniversary at Sycamore Springs Resort. We had a wonderful experience. Our room was very nice and the food was wonderful. We even enjoyed a couples massage at the spa. The staff was very friendly. Thanks for the restaurant waiters Jeffery and Lara for adding to our pleasant experience.
One of our best trips to the coast. We rented bikes and took the Bob Jones Trail into Avila. Stayed in a Queen jacuzzi suite. Hiked up the Sycmore trail behind the property and had a great view of Avila Beach. We even took the free meditation class from9:30-10 am. We loved everything about the property! Can't wait to go back!
Had an amazing anniversary trip with my husband. Enjoyed all the special touches and the newly remodeled rooms. Will definitely go back.
I give it a five on our presoak hottub and couples massage. Stay in Gemini, Amazing experience it was magical. For my husband's bday. But I did go before that for my friends bday and we went to the paradise tub, it was horrible time to replace guys, don't get that one! !!
