Awesome relaxing day everything was perfect customer service was good
We have been coming here for years . This time I was a bit disappointed. You could see your neighbors in the hot tub next to us no privacy. When we went to the bar one waitress did not know she had 805 beer after. I asked for it. When she figured it out she only brought one. The food is always good except my eggs were cold and the potatoes needed to be cooked longer.
I'm giving it a 2 for a couple of reasons. First off I have been in the spa business for over 15 yrs. I'm not saying this to sound snobby I'm saying this so that whoever is reading this understands that I know exactly what it takes to run a day spa . I have seen some bad receptionists and todays was one of the ones at the top. She was not there when we checked in for our three "Day Away" treatments.
