I've been here before and the past experiences have been great. This time I have to say they are letting the place go a bit. The pool is in dire need of repair .... and so is the pool area. I wanted to swim but took a first look and decided to just hang out near the spa while waiting for my facial. Facial was great .... we ordered in and food was good - just a bit overpriced for what it was. The room we had was okay... maybe not worth 445 ..... but the hot was nice. The worst experience here. I've been coming here for a few years. This time was the worst. First, the quality of the water is getting worse, and the first night, we found out our hot tub does not get shut down unless we shut down the switch. We found out after calling maintenance person. The next night, because of some noise I had to call the guest service at 12 at night twice. I thought it was our neighbor's hot tub, but it was not. I had to call the first service at 3 am to check the noise from. My room, and the worker sai... read more
