Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort receives 1 star because of how poorly they handled my reservation cancellation. As a result of my phone conversation with Rachel, the reservations manager, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, I will never re-book my stay. My reservation was for one night, scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2017. I am a local and planned a vacation with my mother who was visiting from the East Coast.
