Incredibly friendly staff. Super clean but best of all amazing services!
The facility itself was beautiful and peaceful. We used the Oasis hot tub with the waterfalls. The Oasis area could use some more chairs or lounge chairs for big groups.The trash should be emptied in between groups as well. I was not impressed with Larry who was getting my group of friends checked in. Some of us had never been there before and didn't know what the steps were for getting signed in and he wasn't very helpful or courteous. Such a relaxing and private place. We just moved to the area and my husband surprised me by treating me to this place. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time we staid longer than planned, and have decided we're definitely making this a bimonthly thing together. We live 23 minutes away, but are still planning on staying in one of the nicer rooms next month. This place is such a pleasure.

Stayed in the suites over the bridge in the nature preserve. AMAZING. Room, spa, room service, view— couldnt have been more perfect. Two days was not long enough!
