Best time ever staff was great food delicious views beautiful and rooms r cozy and quiet we will be back
We have been going here for at least 15 years! Make sure your tub is hot they do accommodate!! Staff has always been wonderful!!
This is our second year going for our anniversary and we absolutely love it! We will be back next year! I don't understand why people give it less then a 5, staff and accommodations are excellent! Can't wait for our next stay!!!
I wish I could rate the hotel based on different sections. We planning this trip with my parents who are in their mid 70s for close to six months. We stayed in the two room suite and it was a nice space. The check in time is 4pm which seems late and check out is 11am. Over all the stay was just fine BUT the second night the people above us were breaking the rules and running the jets on the spa. 11:40, 12:40 am, 2 am, 4:30am and 6 am. The soak time was delightful, and my massage was lovely. But the front office staff should be more aware of people who've made a reservation. When I arrived at the designated time (45 minutes before my massage) and said I had an appointment, I was told they couldn't accommodate me because they were booked (without even looking at the reservation list). After some discussion, they figured it out, but SERIOUSLY?!
