Looking at all these reviews is really concerning, Iv phoned ask to be seen by a doctor but 4 times Iv been for appointment and it’s only been the nurse who I must say has no duty of care what’s so ever Iv never been to a surgery and never once seen a doctor and must add the place is always empty don’t know how they get away with this when so many people can’t get appointments
Very disappointed with the service today I was first in the phoneline queue for 45 minutes I eventually gave up the service in this practice has gone downhill since they moved to new premises I'm am considering moving to another practice
I understand the service can be busy but I've been on the phone 2 times, first time I sat for an hour and a half now I'm going on nearly 1 hour and 50 minutes on first in the cue and still no answer. This is absolutely atrocious!!!!!! All to get my indigestion medication
Made to feel as if I don't count for Recently having surgery and mental health issues among many other things I wanted to discuss doesn't warrant an appointment. REALLY!! What does then
