I have rented with Swots for the last two years in a really beautiful flat and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The original renting process was smooth and efficient, and James has continued to be great since. He has always helped us with any minor problems, including helping us restart our boiler over the phone when he was on his way to a holiday! Amazing landlords! They were very helpful and replied to emails quickly. The house was lovely and didn’t feel like your typical accommodation. I couldn’t recommend swots more!
Fantastic landlords who will look after you. Having been a student for 5 years, SWOTS has easily been the best experience with student housing. Definitely an example which other student landlords should aspire to!
Great landlords! I’ve lived with swots for 3 years in 2 different properties and really enjoyed my stay! It’s a family business and the landlords really care for their properties and the safety of their tenants! If we ever ran into any problems, Lincoln would respond within hours and whatever issue would be sorted within a day or two which was really helpful :) highly recommend!!!
My partner and I lived in a lovely flat for a year. The flat was of an incredibly high standard, and Swots were always very responsive and helpful. The service they provided was exceptional and I couldn't recommend highly enough!
