Poor communication to start, hopefully improving, ship delayed from China but chair on its way apparently.
Unfortunately, I ordered an expensive office chair from this shop in July 2024 with the lead time 12-18 weeks. It hasn’t been delivered or even shipped yet (early Jan 25), they don’t respond to any emails as well. Don’t buy from Swivel. Update: it was shipped in January and arrived to the UK a couple of weeks ago but there’s still no estimated date of the chair’s delivery. Now it’s March 2025.

There isn’t even ETA for the chair arrival. According to the tracker it’ll be in Morocco mid-February, but no estimates of when it’ll be in the UK and finally delivered.
UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL COMPANY If you buy something that Swivel has in stock then you’re likely to be content with your purchase but for goodness sakes don’t order anything from them. I ordered cushion pads for my tulip chairs 11 months ago, they’ve never come. That’s bad enough but the added b/s I’ve been treated to has been eyewateringly insulting.
