I had a car on hire for a week and once it was off hired, they came back a few days later claiming there was damage to the car, when there was none when it was off hired. After some unhelpful emails in which they couldn’t offer any sufficient evidence that there was damage caused by me, I then received some intimidating emails from their credit control demanding £250.00 and that they wouldn’t be responding to anymore communications. Very poor experience

The Switch Team were fantastic. As a visiting American, Mr Wells and a young lady in the office were so helpful, friendly and supportive. Their instructions were thorough and were a perfect start to our holiday. We visit Norfolk often and will definitely be back. Thank you for your professionalism, they both represent Switch and England so well.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hire car was a nice new car. The lady was helpful and showed me how the car worked etc. They also returned deposit quickly and with no hassle.
