I was told this building was one person, per apartment. As of right now there are eight apartments and 13 tenants. I pay more rent than anyone else in the building. One person moved in 2 months before me and he pays $50 less than I do. There is a window missing in the bedroom and it's October 21st and he still has not repaired it. I moved in May 27th. I lived at the apartments on Dayton Drive for the last 3.5 years and had a wonderful experience. The property was well maintained and in a safe neighborhood. Don Swing (landlord) is very pleasant to work with and very helpful in resolving any concerns. I recommend renting from Swing Rentals.
