First time meeting with my solicitor today, despite being on their panel for a few months. A lot of things were dealt with via email, but couldn't really move forward without a face to face meeting. Absolutely lovely building, in a lovely area and the people working there are very courteous and extremely professional.

My wife is selling a house through this company who came recommended through woods at Consett, we were going to use our own legal service but we're told it would be smoother using these, after a few hickups which were sorted by a really nice person Kate Stephenson from the company everything is going great, thank you so much for the assuring phone call, and being up front and honest, great company would recommend them.
Massive lack of empathy shown. I approached this firm to inquire if they held an original will for my recently deceased family member. I was offered an appointment in 2 weeks to discuss. When I questioned/complained if they could prioritise my query for an earlier appointment I was told they don't hold the will. They were going to make our family wait 2 weeks for an appointment to say sorry, nothing to do with us. Poor, poor show Swinburne Maddison LLP.
