Absolutely disappointed. Called to reschedule my appointment the day before the appointment but phone went unanswered and when I called the next day, I was told I have lost the fee as I can’t reschedule. I have a Covid and didn’t want to infect anyone so I wanted to postpone my appointment but they didn’t allow me to. DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, IF ANYTHING HAPPENS YOU CANNOT EVEN RESCHEDULE. Go book elsewhere and not here
