My grandson started swimming at stage 2 around a year ago absolutly petrified and is now at stage 5 and very confident. I would agree with all positive comments that I have read and heard. I would just like to see an improvement in the update of progress that the children are making.
Swim Central has it all, friendly staff, cleanness, flexibility, space, utilities and a sense of welcoming. A special thanks to Emma, my daughters (JH) current coach at stage 4. Emma is an absolute credit / asset to swim central, her commitment, passion, positive attitude and above all, her desire for the children to do well, really shines through and you can’t fault her enthusiasm in that sense. The rest of the team just as brilliant from reception to the gentleman who does the cleaning. Thank you all. AH.
My daughter has been attending swimming lessons here for couple of years, whilst we havent encountered any issues with the lessons itself, the payment side has been a pain!! First of all DD was not set up even after I evidenced I had set it up, I agreed to pay the first lesson of the month which was working OK until they decided to change and send a monthly link to pay, again, issues!! I was accused of not paying once even though I had, and the last two times, no link!! So have not paid for the next month!! It's ridiculous!
My daughter joined in level 4 and now has completed all 7 levels, we love this place! One of the best pools in fullwood for kids to learn and enjoy. Staff and trainers are very friendly, and the facility is well maintained. Zahra (trainer) started training my daughter from level 5 & would like to mention that Zahra has been a great instructor for my daughter. Since it opened it was ok as prices where comparable to other local pools but now the weekend surcharge has been added it’s getting to be the same price of the likes of ribby hall which is 10 times better. £7.50 per person adult or child for 45mins on a weekend is ridiculous.
