Maj is an absolute star of a teacher, however the terms and conditions for cancellation are very anti-consumer (just because others do the same doesn't mean it's okay). Additionally, communication isn't great. Turned up for first lesson to accompany little one in the pool (as the description of the first tier lesson structure states) and was told oh no adults in the pool.
My daughter was initially afraid of water, but the instructors at Total fitness Swim Academy have been incredible. They’ve not only helped her overcome her fear but also instilled confidence in her. Now, she eagerly looks forward to every lesson. The teacher’s approach is fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience here! Highly recommended! 🏊♀️ 🏊♀️👏 Ihab
