Its ok very helpful.
Shocking service. I filled my foster sons form months ago and dropped it to the surgery. Today he needed to see the Dr. When I called to make an appointment they told me he hasn't been registered. Absolutely ridiculous.
Receptionist wont let you see a doctor at all and then they go lose samples in the post. You would get better service from the vet
