do you folks even train your driver's for backing into spots ? just watched one of your driver's take 25 minutes to back in to an open dock and ripped their driver side fairing off !!!!!!! and this even isn't a hard place to back into. unreal it was a new truck...... LOL

When I was working for them, I didn't get any miles. Maybe 1500 a week. They blamed it on the economy. I was based out of the Memphis terminal. I was looking for another job but I don't know how they found out? No one called and told them. The driver cam was typically green lighted, was it recording -\-\ is that how? I wanted to return my truck to Memphis but I was stuck in Idaho. They seemed to generally refuse to send me home. No one ever told me that if you leave your truck on Swift Transportation property but at a differ... read more
