The people at swift are very Miss leading. They are quick to get on your case . Like Jeff Smith that guy is a joke. Don’t listen to that guy he will land you in trouble. When I leased a truck from swift Jeff Smith told me he had the hook ups and could get me set up on dedicated runs this is me and Jeff talking 1 on 1 out side at the terminal in Virginia. Do not work here. I was constantly harassed by staff, had truck vandalized multiple times by other swift drivers and HR did not even return calls or voicemails I left. I was bullied often by office staff and one time actually was lied to about a situation by one of the bullying office staff members and instead of starting an investigation, they instantly took the staffers side despite my seniority and put me on detention and scolded me for an hour in the swift managers office. Swift sucks and dosnt know how to pay right and thay are a joke.
Swift needs to train their drivers better. SWFZ130637 is currently backing up traffic about 3 miles on I-70. Doing 12mph under the speed limit and refusing to yield right of way to about 40 vehicles behind him.
when something falls off a truck and even though the driver of the car takes down the trailer number and license plate number,contacts the company with the pictures of the damage.. it would be nice if they would step up and take responsibility and not say, well the driver didn't notice anything.. so we deny your claim... oh for a dash cam when you need one!
