Love driving the company. My teammate and I were having issues with our 2016 cascadia and with a few calls, we have a brand new 2020 cascadia!!!
Swift is a great company especially if you've never driven a truck before. Great place to learn.
3 years at Swift. Plenty of ups and downs. Spent time doing OTR Dry Van, Walmart Dedicated, and OTR reefer. Doing dry Van the miles were sparse and hard to get at times. It wasn't uncommon to average 1800 mile weeks. Say what you want, but I did everything right, did favors for planners, and never saw the miles. Walmart DC out of Los Lunas was good, right until a few months ago when they started taking more new drivers and basically starving out the drivers that had been there for a while. no stars of twisted truckers they have wreaks every dot should shut them down
one of the worst companies to drive for. lack of communication between drivers and to management.. management does not listen to drivers and their needs. arcadia ,fl. driver leader was very selective about who would get real work. this is the type of companies that leave a sour taste of the industry afther driving for them
