Listen more to their drivers who has more knowledge and experience on operating a truck and trailer on our highways. And stop treating driver like they are dime a dozen, and start respecting and supporting their drivers better. And don't be afraid to listen to drivers the support staff might learn something, and honor your open door policy by letting driver know which door it is. There is no appeal process for drivers with swift transportation, drivers voices are not important.

they suck they dont care and I'm fixing to bring g a large series of lawsuits worth millions for multiple things
They are telling drivers they can’t idle their truck for AC when it’s 100 degrees outside and they haven’t sent them a pick up load. Then threaten to fire them over a computer. Talk about lawsuit for civil rights !
Company is very unorganized and unprofessional. Didn’t start work till a week after my start date. My hours and days off was changed I was told my days off, I was guaranteed to have was taking away my first day and was told by other drivers no one get them days off so I was lied to. I did not receive my orientation pay on time I had to call them to let them know I didn’t receive it.
