swift is amazing. yes it's a large company and everyone has issues but I think it's based on the person and what works for them. I have an amazing team, the support is great, and the training is great as well.
They are a Great Company tto work for and They take care of their drivers.
So far so good...some snafu's as with any company but im finding SWIFT employees are willing to help me out when i have questions.
I would not tell anyone to driver for swift.. They do not care about their drivers as long as the job gets done.. Sent my husband right for the tornado's in OK and TX.. but hey as long as he gets the job done before the tornado's kill him is ok with them it seems..
