I came from a CDL mill company. My co Driver was so terrible, that I lived in fear of my life, so I requested a different co. My DM refused, so I requested a different DM, the company refused. I broke my contract, and came to work for Swift. The people here are Great! Everyone is eager to help in any way possible! Dont go to the Memphis school it will not help you, they dont have teachers to help you out and its like 10 to 1 ratio and you do not get any help and then they test you and expect you to pass, and they wonder why so many fail and that school only has a 40% pass rate.This is why i have to go to C.R. ENGLAND to get my cdls now,

This comoany going the wrong way since Knight partnership ..: cut too many people from the office you cant contact by phome with decatur , laredo , greer etc etc several minutes to get contact ! Macro 30 dsnt work ... planners always said im looking for a load but never get help unless you know the planner , many many things going the wrong way and i be here more than 15 yrs ....
swife was good to my husband at first but now it is different that he has been on for a while now cant gets loads cant come home like they said.
