I am a new driver here at Swift I have been driving for 12 years this place is really nice the people are nice and they go above and beyond to help you I never thought that I would be here but I am glad that I am here was a really good decision for me to come here
I liked working at my first company i started after a month i got depressed but after switching to swift and been driving since march with them and solo i have had so much freedom and respect and happiness. My driver manager and driver leader are the best and i thank swift for letting me work for them we may have a bad rep but at least we are trying to be better.
Just writing on here what's their policy on mentors laying their hands on trainees this is the second mentor that's done it and I quit after the first one did came to go with a different mentor and he did hit me more than the last one Wtf and the company's driver development just says talk it out
