The pay better than any other company that ive been with out of the 7 years of me driving. . i get to drive the newer equipment and they seem to be getting better with their equipment.
Pay what you said you would pay. Honor your contract for Military Addendum. When the E.L.D. system crashes, have a system in place to get drivers their 8 days logs so they are legal, and have something to show the D.O.T. in case of inspection.
I’m new to trucking and started with another company. I can tell you that Swift is far and away the best! They may be a gigantic company, but in my terminal they know my name and they have taken the time to know me. I love working at swift! ❤️ it will not let me give stars ⭐️ do I give 10 🌟
