Worst rented equipment in intermodal. Poor communication. Lack of pay. Lol I could go on and on
a swift driver cut off my husband and I yesterday with inches to spare while they were barreling down a two lane highway going 10 miles over the speed limit. As a result he kicked up.debris and cracked our windshield. when calling swift customer service they couldn't care less. this company has wreckless drivers and suppoer staff that enables that behavioir. they are a danger to our highways. truck number was 201690.

Follow their own rules and manage their trailers better. They had no idea what trailers were available in the yard or where they were. Trailers for sale were not marked as such. Trailers on hold status were not marked appropriately. Drivers who can't sweep out their own trailers before they drop them in a yard or at a shipper for future loading. Drivers who drop un-roadworthy trailers at shippers and don't take the time to report them to their driver leader or get them fixed themselves.
I witnessed 30 minutes ago,a Swift driver,pulling a Walmart trailer try to sideswipe a JB Hunt truck,just to get onto the exit in Harrisonville,Mo. I have your trailer number and will be reporting this to Swift and Walmart safety. ever wonder why this company gets a bad name? actions such as this is why. you're not in that much of a hurry that you cant wait 1 mile to exit.

Looks like swift will be looking for another driver trainer. They call me and remove the load I was waiting to pick up and say they need another load delivered so I go do it and Gwenn in Georgia puts a service failure on me for the load that she removed. Over 2 years with this company, 15 students trained and upgraded, well over 200 loads (they stopped keeping track of my miles and loads), 100% on time pick ups and deliveries and this is how they want to end it. So be it...
