Let customers know when you are not going to pick up a dedicated load... Instead of not showing up and leaving loads sitting unattended with mixed commodity temperatures. One service failure would be bad enough but we have experienced four weeks in a row of totally failed service with no notice, explanation, or apology. The delivery point store has lost all confidence in Swift and is demanding I cancel the account.
