They take care of drivers only when they are rolling. They spew great positive propaganda amongst the masses, but when an individual has issues they can care less, they drag their feet and you’ll never get what is suppose to be right corrected in your favor. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to jump every hoop Swift Transportation wanted giving them all medical records yesterday called the terminal medical facility and Phoenix was told I passed everything I'm good to go this morning I was called by Swift the recruiter telling me I didn't pass anything well they're bunch of racists discriminating business if you're disabled don't go to Swift they don't give a fuk about you you know what I drove for 40 years disabled 75% of the time and to be f****** turn down by a bunch of ... read more

I've been a company driver here for eleven years. Great income and steady work. Swift has a truck driving school if one needs to obtain a CDL. Swift has great employee benefits also. Medical, dental, vision, 401k and a employee stock option plans. Vacation and sick pay. There's an employee assistance program if one has an unexpected emergency or crisis. Like any job, you get back what you put into the career.
