So besides my DL and a great start the lies started and after my second 0 dollar check since Thanksgiving I had no choice but to leave and go somewhere else. The only one that cared was my DM but even she understood why I left and said she would do the same. Pay is horrible along with Ridiculously slow trucks that won’t idle 5 mins after you park and the constant yelling about idle time blew me away. 24 years driving and never once been yelled at for idling my truck in 10 degree weather
Why is it at the Lathrop terminal there are no less than 9 piles of smashed glass from employee vehicles throughout the parking lot and Swift is doing nothing about this.? Mine being a recent smash and grab cost me around $1,500.. The car next to me a window 4 tires and trims. These people are taking their time and bringing a vehicle with them and cleaning out our cars. Transients are just helping themselves to showers and robbing our cars. WHEN is Swift going to put up a gate to slow this down...!!

You got one of most arrogant people working in the office.am a driver but sorry for saying that but that’s the truth.especially Lancaster Tx .julio Rodriguez is worse.
How about getting me home? How about answering the phones. How about getting me loads East from near Phoenix AZ ... This is a crap gig, with nothing but headaches. Cant get home on time, and stuck sitting here not getting paid going on 4 days. I would never reccomend anyone waste their time here.

Y really you want me to Buy all your safety locks and the sleeping package deal sleeping bags all that with your name on it really you wold think they give that to for free to use they talk about how you to make money but yet they want you to bye it for their own equipment. You spend more money on buying their stuff. And let’s not for get the on board cameras it’s like invading privacy. They drive 55 in the 75 mph express lane holding up the express lane that I am paying to use in Irving, Texas this morning with no one in front of them and clear, dry weather. There was no backup on the regular freeway 114. 9:22 AM
