I was recommended this company by a friend to install a cat flap into a window in my apartment. Good assurances being verified by someone I know. I enquired, and the communication was quick, clear and concise all the way through. Once they had me booked in, it was all sorted straight from there. They came around and had the job completed quickly and efficiently. Thanks again to them.
Been over a month since I have been calling + texting to request help on an issue with workmanship. The glass has smudging inside the unit and I have been relentlessly trying to get help under their “workmanship guarantee”. Every single time I message I receive no reply, and every single time I call it’s the same story - “we’re waiting for the director, please give us 24 hours”. Until they solve the issue and honour the warranty I will be changing my review to 1* Avoid.
The job was completed promptly, efficiently and professionally. I will definitely use Swift Glazing in the future.
