Crooks. Bait and switch sales tactics and dishonest financing make Sweetwater Sound a company to avoid at all costs. I was a loyal customer since 2016 who bought THOUSANDS of dollars worth of gear. Most of it defective in some way or another. They will lie to you and steal from you. Never believe a single thing they promise you and most of all spend your hard earned money somewhere else. They don't care about you in any way shape or form.

I love Sweetwater! They're extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I deal with them, they're very personable and I never feel like I'm talking to a script reader. Any issues, questions or concerns are quickly addressed with no hassle. Thank you Sweetwater!

Sweetwater astounds with consistent, prompt, excellent customer service. I have been a happy customer for over 10 years now. Today I placed an online order and, as is typical, received a call from SW within 3 minutes thanking me for the order and wanting to verify my address as I had recently moved and had two addresses in their system.

Whether you are old or young, these guys and gals are here to help. Customer service is excellent, they are knowledgable or they get someone else to help you. I really enjoy coming to this store in Fort Wayne, it is just a great and happy place to shop. I bought podcasting, recording, and microphones from them and they totally exceeded my expectations each time. They have equipment already set up for you to practice and/or learn on. This was my first time purchasing from Sweetwater.com and the customer service was BEYOND what I was expecting when I called to ask questions and place my order. My Sales Engineer was Alberto ******and he knew the answer to every question I had about setting up my at home recording studio for professional voice-over work. He took a lot of time to make sure I got the best set-up for the best price. I have been buying from Sweetwater for over 3 years. I have had to return 2 guitars out of 10 but it always went smoothly. The customer service has always be fantastic.

Sweetwater has always been extremely helpful to me in both suggesting products for my needs and taking care of any issues that have arisen with my purchases. They also give you candy.

I used to love this company! But not anymore due to terrible customer service and wrong advertising! Don’t trust their sales!!! I suppose to get $150 value headphones when I purchase a piano and thats not true! No headphones and whenever you call Sweetwater, they sound like we don’t care! So, no more Sweetwater please!!!!! Go with a company who cares their customers

My Behringer interface stopped playing in stereo today. My 2 year warranty expired one week ago (interesting timing). I sent sweetwater an email asking if they could honor the warranty. I was met with a cold hard "No" by someone named Dave. Then I said I feel like im getting jipped because of this crazy timing and the response was "How are you getting jipped.
