When I decided to make podcast I was so far over my head is wasnt funny.But I called Sweetwater and ****************** picked up my call and within just a few moments I knew I had the right guy.***** walked me through the process of techniques and equipment. I never felt sold. I got the right equipment products and fair advice.***** on his own has followed up just to see how my podcast was coming along which thx to him..its coming along very well Thx ***** you made all the difference!!

The prices are okay, but the shipping is awful. They insist on using ***** who is constantly late, late, late, late! They are aware of *****'s specific and unique shortfalls, but seem intent on continuing with them. That means your items will arrive late and you won't get the bargained-for "FAST FAST FAST" they advertise when trying to induce you into a sale on the store page.Nobody at Sweetwater seems concerned about these issues. When things get stuck, go missing, need to replaced, you suddenly aren't a part of Sweetwater'... read more

i have no idea what all these people commenting are talking about! Sweetwater is the best! always done right by me. I couldnt be happier! They probably just didnt get their way about things

Good products, But, customer service is very poor. Bordering on rude and abusive. **************** head, by the name of ********, could not help me ..didn't know how to help me, and even told me to not call back. My Christmas order was cancelled, I or ******** could not tell me why..my bank could not tell me why. I have ordered before with no problem. What changed? And why does ******** still have a job with customer service? And now they say my card and name is in their ***********

This company is fruad, They lose my product in the mail and blame me for it. They take no accountabillity and I promise there will be a civil suit against them

Musicians Beware!!Do not do business with this sham of a business. They say they are better than ************* and all the rest. That is bullcrap!!They do not stand behind the products they sell. The cleaner they sold destroyed my brand-new cymbals, but they did not care. They try to push me off with a $50 gift card!!Do not believe their 2-year warranty either!!Customer service not much better!! They do not care about their customers!!************* has nothing to worry about with this terrible business!!

Not good at customer service. This company ran a credit pull on me without my knowledge and without any business dealing with me, then they refused to rescind it.I tried to call them, I sent them letters, then I sued them. Only at that point they admitted their fault and removed the unauthorized credit pull. Not before having their lawyer sending me emails which content is debatable.They have little respect for the public to say the least. Between my own purchases and those made on behalf of my employer, I have spent thousands of dollars at Sweetwater over the last 25 years or so. I have had zero problems with Sweetwater, although once I received a damaged software CD due to the box being crushed by the shipper. I reported the issue to Sweetwater, who took care of the return and getting a new disc shipped. After purchases, I get follow-up calls from my rep asking if everything was satisfactory.
